I'm an advocate for the "customer" whether that is an employee, client, supplier, or business partner.

 

I believe that everyone appreciates the opportunity to have agency and make life better. My uniqueness lies in my ability to help those I work with and for feel heard, included, and appreciated.

 

Success isn’t a KPI. It’s that feeling I get when I know that I’ve met the needs of a client by appreciating their perspectives and then co-innovating with them to produce something bigger and better than they imagined.

 

My values? Curiosity leads the list, followed closely by inclusivity, trust, integrity… and HUMOR!
