What's It Like to Work with Me?
You'll often hear me say, “What is the problem we are trying to solve?”, "Yes... and...", and "What if..." . By nature, I’m methodical. I am comfortable with ambiguity because I trust my process and respect that some ideas benefit from time to simmer...but I'm always working toward clarity.
​In Myers-Briggs, I'm an ENFJ. According to the "16 Personalities" assessment, I'm a "Protagonist". My DISC profile is a classic "Results-Oriented Pattern". According to a personality assessment that compares you to animals found in the Serengeti, I am a mongoose!
What all these diagnoses agree on is that I thrive in positions of leadership, have a strong drive for making a positive impact, and find fulfillment in bringing out the best in people and the organizations they work in through collaboration. I’m a fan of clear roles and responsibilities and due dates, but I also take the long view. Didn’t meet your deadline? Results weren’t what we thought they would be? I'm more interested in what got in the way and what we can learn from it than in strictly enforcing commitments.
If I’m working on a project with really clear deadlines, I’ll give you really clear direction. If we are innovating and heading into uncharted territory, I’ll give you just enough direction to get you going, and schedule frequent check-ins to support and course correct along the way. ​

Who Am I Outside of Work?
I love yoga. I LOVE yoga. I love YOGA. For body, mind, and spirit, there is nothing like yoga, chanting, and meditation. Outside of yoga, I enjoy good food and wine, travel, hiking, biking, swimming, singing, watching stand-up comedy, and doing absolutely anything with my husband and my son.
